United Neighborhoods of Orange is a broad-based coalition of individuals from all parts of Orange. We are ALL volunteers that have united to protect and preserve open space, not just for ourselves but also for future generations. We are young and old. Some of us have lived in Orange all our lives.
We are mothers, students, retirees, dads, grandparents, schoolteachers, police officers, and firefighters. We are former school board members, mayors, council members, and judges. We are small business owners; some of us work for others. We are doctors, lawyers, CEOs, accountants, pilots, veterinarians, dentists, engineers, and executives. We are park rangers, mechanics, horse trainers, coaches, PTA leaders, clerks, real estate agents, professors, secretaries, artists, electricians, insurance brokers, and health care providers. We are Republicans, Democrats, Decline to State, Independents, Libertarians and Green Party members. We are homeowners, renters, taxpayers, and voters. We have joined together because we ALL share a vision and have a commitment to our city and its quality of life. We love Orange. |
